Its 2024-25 non-financial statement counts 10,300 cooperative members, 38 production sites in 14 countries and 15,600 employees, and revenues of 5.93 billion euros. Tereos SCA was created in 2018 and has its registered office at La Défense, Courbevoie. Its own history dates the group to the 1932 cooperative distillery at Origny and says the Tereos name was born with the 2002 acquisition of Béghin Say. It names Béghin Say and La Perruche as its flagship brands in France and sells retail sugar under local brands in the Czech Republic, Brazil and Réunion.
