What Vita Coco's annual report says about its business
Read from Vita Coco's latest annual filing[1]. Each line gives the sentence the filing uses, copied word for word.
Segments the filing names
- Americas segment:
As of December 31, 2025, we operated in two business segments: (i) the Americas segment, comprised of our operations primarily in the U.S. and Canada;
- International segment:
The increase in net sales was driven by higher coconut water CE volumes across both the Americas and International segments, including Vita Coco Coconut Water volume growth of 21.3% and increased Vita Coco Coconut Water pricing, partially offset by reduced Private Label water volume due to lost regions with key retailers.
- Americas:
The Americas segment is comprised of our operations in the Americas region, primarily in the U.S. and Canada.
- International:
The International segment is comprised of our operations primarily in Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific regions, which includes our sourcing entity.
Acquisitions and disposals named in the filing
- Sold or exited: Ever & Ever (2024).
We ceased production of Ever & Ever in 2024 and although we continued to sell inventory in 2025, it did not meaningfully contribute to our business.
- Sold or exited: Private Label coconut oil supply relationship (early 2024).
For example, one of our significant customers discontinued the Private Label coconut oil supply relationship in early 2024, and we also experienced an impact in Private Label coconut water net sales in 2025 with this customer due to the loss of some regions that we previously serviced for this customer.
