About Copra
Copra is a chilled coconut water made from Thai Nam Hom coconuts, which give it a sweet, aromatic flavour and a slightly pink colour. Copra Inc. owns and runs a factory in Thailand where the water is extracted and filled on site, and supplies retailers' private labels as well as selling under its own name, mostly in the Americas. The Vita Coco Company completed its acquisition on 22 July 2026 for $175 million up front plus a later earnout.
