About Aktifit
Aktifit is a lactose-free mini yogurt drink made by Emmi from Swiss milk at its plant in Emmen, with fruit preparations made in-house. Each bottle supplies part of the daily requirement for vitamins B6, B12 and D and all of the daily folate requirement. Emmi says it pioneered the minidrink category in Switzerland in 1996.
