About Carpathian
Carpathian is the single malt whisky Alexandrion Group launched in 2022, a year before it inaugurated its whisky distillery in 2023. The group says it is the only producer of single malt whisky in Romania. The range includes cask finishes named Fetească Neagră Cask, Cognac Cask and Peated Cask Strength, which draw on Romanian and French wine and spirit casks, and the group sponsors a polo cup under the Carpathian name.
