EHP is the fermented white vinegar Demerara Distillers sells for salads and pickling, which the company describes as having a clean, crisp flavour. The initials are a piece of distilling history rather than a marketing invention: EHP was the marque of the Enmore estate, one of the nine consolidated distilleries still working in British Guiana in 1942, whose still passed to the Diamond Distillery when Enmore closed.
