About SOCA
SOCA is the carbonated soft drink range Demerara Distillers launched in 1991, when it decided to use the carbon dioxide produced as a by-product of distillation rather than vent it, and entered the beverage business on the strength of it. The flavours are local in character — fruit punch, banana, cream soda, pineapple, ginger beer, green, bubblegum — and it is sold in 14oz, 20oz, one-litre and two-litre formats, with a ginger ale sold as a mixer.
