About Four Roses

Four Roses is a Kentucky bourbon distillery founded in 1888 whose reputation in the United States was damaged when a previous owner sold only blended whiskey there while exporting the straight bourbon to Japan and Europe. Kirin acquired it in 2002 and restored the American bourbon.

Trademark record for Four Roses

The USPTO record for the Four Roses mark lists FOUR ROSES DISTILLERY LLC as the owner of record (serial number 71400726). A trademark is often held by a group company rather than the listed parent, so the registrant's name can differ from the owner named above.[4]
