About Fundador
Fundador is a brandy de Jerez made by Bodegas Fundador, which Emperador describes as an early producer of Spanish brandy and an official winemaker to Spanish royalty. Emperador agreed to buy the business from Beam Suntory in November 2015 and completed the purchase on 29 February 2016. Its newer Sherry Cask range, including Supremo and Doble Madera, sells mainly in Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Africa.
