About Heritage Maratheftiko
Heritage is a dry red made entirely from Maratheftiko, an indigenous Cypriot grape cultivated on the island for thousands of years that KEO says it rediscovered. The wine is deep red with a rich bouquet of forest fruits and a hint of oak on the nose, and is sold only in 75 centilitre bottles. It comes out of the work KEO has funded at its Mallia winery on recovering old Cypriot varieties.
