About HYZA
HYZA is the poultry brand of the Slovak company of the same name, formed on 1 July 2007 by merging three plants that AGROFERT already owned — the former Topoľčiansky hydinársky podnik, HYZA Žilina and HYDINA — into a single business seated at Topoľčany with more than a thousand employees. It sells chilled and frozen whole birds, portions, marinated and spiced cuts and cooked meat products in Slovakia and Czechia. AGROFERT holds 99.86 per cent of it rather than all of it.
