About Milli
Milli is the second of DAL Food's two pasta brands, made on the same HACCP-certified lines at a plant with a capacity of 336 tonnes a day. Like Nobo it is 100 per cent semolina pasta from imported Australian and Canadian wheat, sold in the shapes Sudanese cooks use, among them vermicelli and suksukaniya, the granular pasta eaten in soups and with stews rather than served as an Italian dish would be.
