About Sayga
Sayga is the flour brand DAL Food entered milling with in 1996, and the company calls it Sudan's premier flour brand. It supplies bakeries as its flagship trade and sells packaged wheat flour, sorghum and pasta to households, milling on Swiss Bühler machinery with capacity of more than a million tonnes of grain a year. Sayga took ISO 9001 certification in 2001 and in 2009 became the first Sudanese company awarded HACCP accreditation, for its pasta plant.
