About Mohawk
Mohawk is the house brand of the company's North American flooring business, covering broadloom carpet, carpet tile, rugs and mats, laminate, wood, luxury vinyl tile and sheet vinyl. Its fibre technologies are the reason the name is known to installers: SmartStrand is made partly with annually renewable plant-based materials and was the first super-soft stain-resistant carpet, and the patented Continuum process adds bulk and softness to polyester fibre spun from recycled plastic bottles.
