About Mountea
Mountea is a ready-to-drink tea sold mainly in cups, which Garudafood launched in 2003. It is now made by PT Garuda Beverage Sukses, formerly PT Suntory Garuda Beverage, the drinks venture Garudafood formed with Suntory Beverage & Food Asia in 2011, and Garudafood bought 97.19 per cent of that company from the Suntory group's Greatwall Capital in January 2024. Mountea Xtra and a Mountea Maxx in PET bottles followed in 2025.
