Roanoke Cement is a cement plant and brand in Roanoke, Virginia that TITAN's own growth timeline says it first took a 60% stake in during 1992, before acquiring the remaining interest in 2000 alongside the Pennsuco, Florida plant. It is now one of the family of brands run by Titan America SA, the group's separately NYSE-listed US subsidiary that is 87% owned by TITAN Cement International following Titan America's February 2025 IPO.
