Colombini Group is a furniture manufacturer registered in the Republic of San Marino, at Rovereta di Falciano, and one of the very few industrial groups of any scale headquartered in the microstate rather than across the border in Italy. It was founded in 1965 by the Colombini family, which still runs it, and reported turnover of 300 million euros in 2025 with around a thousand employees and 250,000 square metres of production space. Its brand index lists five names covering kitchens, whole-home furnishing, office furniture and contract fit-outs, and in August 2026 it signed to take 70 per cent of the Italian high-end kitchen maker Snaidero.
Colombini Group acquired 60 per cent of the Bontempi Casa Group of Camerano, in the province of Ancona, and with it the Bontempi Casa and Ingenia brands, extending a San Marino kitchen and bedroom manufacturer into tables, chairs and furnishing accessories at the medium and luxury end. Bontempi had turned over about 35 million euros in 2019 and grew about 25 per cent in the first half of 2021 against that year. Colombini financed the purchase itself, partly on a credit line taken out for it, and described the deal as a first step towards a national hub of the Italian furniture industry.
