About Snaidero
Snaidero is an Italian kitchen maker from the Friuli furniture district, and the brand Colombini Group placed at the top of its range when it agreed on 4 August 2026 to buy 70 per cent of it, together with the British contract subsidiary Snaidero Projects UK. The closing followed at the start of September 2026, on a date none of the parties published. Colombini says Snaidero will keep its own brand identity, and that the attraction was its manufacturing know-how and its access to a district of highly specialised suppliers.
