Italian maker of pencils, crayons, modelling clay, art colours and fine-art paper, founded in Florence in 1920 and now registered in Pero, Milan. Its ordinary shares have traded on Euronext Milan (STAR segment) since 12 November 2015. The group grew by acquisition, buying Dixon Ticonderoga (2005), the Lyra group (2008), Daler-Rowney Lukas (2016), Canson (2016), the Pacon group (2018) and Arches (2020). It also holds 19.01% of the Indian stationery maker DOMS Industries, which it does not control and whose brands are not listed here.
