About Bru
Bru comes from a pouhon, a naturally gaseous spring, inside a protected area of 4,250 hectares in the Belgian Ardennes, and is bottled at Bru-Chevron. Its bubbles are very fine and both its sodium content and its dry residue are low, which is why Spadel sells it as a water to drink with food rather than as a thirst-quencher, pouring it alongside dishes such as Liège salad and chicory gratin.
