About Délice
Délice is the name on most of what the Tunisian group sells and above all on its milk, which is made at three dairies it controls almost outright: the Cap-Bon, Northern and Sidi-Bouzid centrales laitières, held at between 98.33 and 99.95 per cent. The same name goes on cream, butter and the fermented lben and raieb sold to Tunisian households. Yogurt carrying it comes from STIAL, the company Délice Holding holds 43.01 per cent of and controls jointly with Compagnie Gervais Danone.
