About Herbion
Herbion is Krka's third-largest non-prescription brand and its herbal cough range: syrups made from ivy, cowslip, plantain and Iceland moss, plus ivy-leaf lozenges aimed at adults. Iceland moss lozenges for hoarseness and a dry, irritating cough were added in 2025 in more than ten markets including Poland, Slovenia and Lithuania. Krka says the brand outsold every herbal and natural syrup competitor in Slovenia and across central, eastern and south-eastern Europe.
