Septolete was Krka's leading non-prescription brand in 2025 and one of its ten best-selling products of any kind. Septolete Total pairs benzydamine with cetylpyridinium chloride for a sore throat and is sold as a spray and as lozenges in eucalyptus, elder-and-lemon and honey-and-lemon flavours, joined in 2025 by a cola-flavoured lozenge rolled out in fifteen markets. The same medicine appears as Septolete Duo, Extra, Omni or Ultra depending on the country.
