Jaya Grocer is a mass-premium Malaysian supermarket chain that Grab bought a majority economic interest in during 2022, and it ran 61 stores at the end of 2025 with more than 42,000 stock-keeping units, about 1,100 suppliers and over two million members of its Jaya Loyalty scheme. Grab owns 72.5 per cent of the equity but that carries only half the voting power; the other 27.5 per cent belongs to Green Aurora Sdn Bhd, a company owned by one of Grab's own employees, over whose shares Grab holds a call option.
