About Lifeway
Lifeway is the brand of drinkable kefir, a tart, tangy cultured dairy drink that is high in protein, calcium and vitamin D. It comes in organic and non-organic versions, several milk types, sizes and flavours. Lifeway Foods also uses the name for ProBugs kefir for children and for European-style soft cheeses such as farmer cheese.
