About Mapy.com
Mapy.com, called Mapy.cz until March 2025, is the map service of Seznam.cz, a Czech company. Seznam's history says Mapy was already on its homepage in 2000, became fully interactive with aerial photographs in 2006, got a mobile app in 2011 and an offline mobile version in 2013, and in 2015 went global so that trips could be planned on any continent. Traffic navigation was added in 2020 and extended to Slovakia in 2024.
