About NOWO
NOWO was Portugal's fourth-largest mobile and fixed telecom operator when Digi acquired NOWO Communications on 25 October 2024. Since November 2024 Digi has sold its Portuguese services under the DIGI brand, and it keeps the NOWO name for customers not yet migrated to the DIGI platform. For the few mobile customers among them, NOWO runs as a mobile virtual network operator on the network of MEO, part of Altice Portugal. That agreement is in force until 31 March 2028.
