About DIGI Spain
DIGI Spain sells mobile, fibre broadband, fixed-line telephony and, since December 2024, pay TV in Spain, under offers such as the unlimited-data Digi IlimiTODO plan. From January 2025 it became a full mobile network operator, using its own spectrum alongside network-sharing agreements with Telefónica that run to the end of 2040. It had 11.9 million revenue-generating units at 30 June 2026. Its July 2026 IPO priced at €5.60 a share and raised about €287 million.

Digi said it would keep around 80% through Digi Romania, which itself is 93.58% owned. Digi Romania then sold another 2,429,944 shares when the over-allotment option was partly exercised on 14 August 2026, so the holding is slightly below 80%. No exact figure has been published.
