Arenal Perfumerías is a Spanish perfumery and drugstore chain that MC first bought 60 per cent of and later acquired outright, buying the remaining 40 per cent of its share capital. It was merged with Druni to form the Iberian health and beauty platform Sonae now runs with Wells. Sonae values the Arenal brand at €51.3 million as an intangible with indefinite useful life.
