About Druni
Druni is a Spanish perfumery chain that has been a 50-50 partnership between MC and Druni's founding shareholders since 2024, fully consolidated by Sonae because of the rights the shareholders' agreement grants it. It opened thirty-three stores during 2025 and entered Portugal for the first time with four shops in Porto, Almada, Braga and Viseu. At €255 million it is the most valuable brand on Sonae's balance sheet.
