About Pulp
Pulp is a line of fermented hot sauces and chili products whose assets Edible Garden bought in November 2022. At the end of 2025 the range was four fermented hot sauces (Hungarian wax; poblano, serrano and jalapeño; Fresno chili; and habanero carrot) and three chili oil products, among them salsa macha and chili crisp. About the owner: Edible Garden
Edible Garden is a publicly listed company headquartered in Belvidere, New Jersey, United States. Brandtree records 3 brands under its control, and it is listed as NASDAQ: EDBL.
Edible Garden is a New Jersey grower of fresh herbs that also owns a handful of packaged food and nutrition brands. It was incorporated in March 2020 to buy the business of Edible Garden Corp. from the cannabis company Terra Tech, which had owned it as a subsidiary. It grows in greenhouses at Belvidere, New Jersey, where it is based, and Grand Rapids, Michigan, bought in 2022, and through contract growers. In May 2025 it paid $12.0 million in preferred stock for NaturalShrimp's aquaculture assets in Iowa and plans to turn the Webster City site into a ready-to-drink nutrition plant with Tetra Pak equipment, with production expected in 2027 at the earliest. Its auditors have raised substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern, and it has carried out a reverse stock split every year since 2022, most recently 1-for-45 in July 2026.
