Red Mill Brewing Co. is the microbrewery Farsons commissioned in 2023 inside The Chapels at The Brewhouse, its regenerated former brewery complex. It is one of the five groupings of own brands on the company's site and its output is deliberately varied: Rye IPA, wheat beers, lagers and seasonal releases including a Christmas Ale and a Hallowed Pumpkin Ale. It gives a company built on two very large brands a way into the craft segment.
