San Mateo is a Peruvian bottled mineral water made by Manantial SM S.A.C., formerly NABs S.A.C. Leche Gloria signed the purchase with Unión de Cervecerías Peruanas Backus y Johnston on 1 August 2025, received Indecopi approval on 16 October and completed the deal on 3 November 2025. It paid US$89.2 million for all the shares, saying the brand widens its beverage portfolio.
