About Zambrowskie
Zambrowskie is a line of traditional dairy products made to regional Podlasie recipes. It began as the local brand of the Zambrów dairy in the late 1990s and was folded into Mlekpol's portfolio when the cooperative absorbed that dairy in 2003. Mlekpol sells UHT milk at 0.5, 1.5 and 3.2 per cent fat, semi-skimmed block curd and a butter mix under it.
