Its largest acquisition, Droga Kolinska in 2010, brought a portfolio of regional brands; it has since sold its sports food, cosmetics, supplements and baby food businesses, and in August 2025 the Montana sandwich brand. In 2025 it had sales of EUR 1,190.0 million from 13 plants in five countries, still distributes other companies' brands alongside its own, and is 50.2 per cent owned by Myberg, a company wholly owned by Emil Tedeschi.
