About Cockta
Cockta is a caffeine-free soft drink that the Slovene Ethnographic Museum traces to 1952, when the director of Slovenija vino came back from America with a bottle of Coca-Cola and proposed a domestic equivalent. A formula developed by Emerik Zelinka was first served at the Planica ski-jumping competition on 8 March 1953. Kolinska bought the trade mark in 2000, and Atlantic calls Cockta the most popular soda of the former Yugoslavia.
