About Brilijant
Brilijant is a Macedonian cooking oil brand that Vitaminka says has been part of the company since 2018. After acquiring the Brilijant plant in Štip, Vitaminka restarted production there in March 2019, re-engaging about seventy former employees and running three refining stages at a capacity of 150 tonnes a day. The range is refined sunflower oil, a version enriched with omega-3 fatty acids, and an extra virgin olive oil.
