Bonitas is Vitaminka's crisp brand, made from potato pellets rather than sliced potato and moulded into three-dimensional shapes. It is sold salted and in pepper, chicken, sour cream, chilli hot taco and chorizo flavours, the last of these named for kulen, the paprika sausage of the southern Balkans, which places the brand firmly in a regional rather than an international flavour vocabulary.
