About Black Label
Black Label began as Carling's Black & White Lager in Canada and was renamed in 1927 under a rebranding by the company's then president, J. Innes Carling. Delta launched it in Zimbabwe in 1970 and brews it there under franchise; the name is one of the local megabrands Anheuser-Busch InBev lists in its own portfolio, so Delta makes and sells the beer without owning it.
