About Chavroux
Chavroux is a mild fresh goat's cheese best known for its flat-topped pyramid shape, and Savencia says it is the leading fresh goat's cheese brand in France. The range also covers a soft log, semi-hard cheese, slices and a mousse. Since 1989 the pyramid has been exported to the United States under the name Chavrie, which has since added flavoured logs.
