Milkana is a processed cheese brand first made in 1952 in the Allgäu in the German Alps. It is made by Edelweiss, Savencia's German subsidiary, and Savencia says it is the leading processed cheese in Germany, where its tub of Milkana Sahne became the top spreadable processed cheese in 2010.
