Chi-Chi's is a US Mexican-food brand covering salsas, chiles, tortillas, tortilla chips, dips and seasonings. It was one of the brands listed when Hormel Foods and Herdez Del Fuerte formed MegaMex Foods as a 50/50 joint venture in 2009, so Grupo Herdez holds a quarter of it through its half of Herdez Del Fuerte and Hormel holds half directly through MegaMex.
