About Coln Valley Smokery
Coln Valley Smokery is a traditional English smokehouse founded in 1974 near Cirencester and moved into a purpose-built smokery in Northleach, Gloucestershire, fully operational from 2006, using kiln designs and methods that originate in London's East End more than 200 years ago. PRFoods bought the business alongside John Ross Jr in 2017. Its range covers smoked and roasted salmon, gravadlax, smoked trout and mackerel, kippers, smoked meats including Scotch beef and lamb, and smoked bacon.
