Damas is a Gulf jewellery retailer established in 1907, with the largest jewellery retail network in the region across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. Titan bought 67% of Damas LLC from Mannai Corporation with effect from 4 January 2026 for 1,191 crore rupees; it holds a call option, and the sellers a put, over the remaining 33% on 31 December 2029.
