About Gradena
Gradena is the best known of Aquila's own brands and sells frozen and canned vegetables and fruit. It arrived with Agrirom, the food importer Aquila acquired and then merged into itself in 2019 to build a HoReCa division, and it was carried onto the balance sheet as a valued intangible along with the rest of the Agrirom names. In 2025 it added whole and sliced canned mushrooms, single-fruit frozen packs for retail and three products built for professional kitchens, and its sales rose 16 per cent.
