About Highland Sugarworks
Highland Sugarworks is a Vermont maple syrup packer that Jim MacIsaac founded in 1986, making syrup at his sugarhouse on a Starksboro Christmas tree farm and selling it to local stores. It became part of the Lantic Maple group in 2017. It buys syrup from hundreds of New England farms and bottles it at a 37,600 square foot plant it moved into in 2009.
