Monganga — the Lingala word for a doctor or healer — is Marsavco's health and hygiene brand, and the broadest name in its portfolio. It covers a medical soap, including a moringa variant, an antibacterial soap, liquid soaps in lemon, medical and mutuzo versions, an antiseptic liquid, a hand sanitising gel and an alcohol spray, a medicated powder, an anti-acne cream, an anti-mosquito lotion sold against malaria risk, and a Monganga Bébé baby line of oils, lotions and pommades. The company builds handwashing and malaria awareness campaigns around it in Kinshasa and Lubumbashi.
