About Sunkist (Philippines)
RFM makes and sells Sunkist juice drinks in the Philippines, but the name belongs to Sunkist Growers, the California citrus cooperative. A trademark licence agreement dated 1 January 1995 gives RFM the exclusive Philippine rights, with no right to sublicense, plus Sunkist's know-how and base ingredients. RFM pays an annual royalty. It sells the drinks as premium juice, as Tetra Pak juice drinks and in doy packs.
