About Velocity
Velocity is a Brazilian chain of indoor-cycling studios, run both directly and through its own franchising company. Two Smart Fit subsidiaries completed the purchase of all of Velocity Academia de Ginástica and Velocity Franqueadora on 1 November 2024, for a total of R$183 million. Smart Fit described Velocity as the leading indoor-cycling platform in Brazil. In 2025 it became the first indoor-cycling studio chain in Brazil and Latin America to reach 100 units. It now sits with Race Bootcamp, Vidya, Jab House, Tonus Gym, Aera Pilates and Kore under the group's BeOn studios umbrella.
