Dorada is Cervecería Centro Americana's lighter family of lagers, sold as Dorada Ice, a cold-filtered five per cent beer with a slight acidity and a herbal aroma; Dorada Draft at 4.4 per cent with little bitterness; and Dorada Premium Lager at 5.3 per cent.
